Holgate Academy are recruiting an apprentice to gain valuable experience within our Business Support Teams. We have a varied programme of learning for the successful candiate which will see them rotate between different teams, developing a wide skill set and increasing their knowledge and confidence in the busy functions of a school. You will be supported in your studies to gain the relevant level qualification. 

 

Post title:                  Business Administration Assistant
Grade:                       £5.00 per hour in year one, increasing in year two

Working hours:        37 hours per week - 8am to 4pm, term time only 

Start date:                 From 2 September 2019 

Closing date:            21st July 2019 

Interviews:                Friday 26th July 2019

 

Some of the specific tasks linked to the role are to: 

  • Assist with the coordination of parents evenings
  • Assist with the coordinate of the Year 11 prom and leavers events
  • Support the Leadership & Support services Business Team Leader with administrative tasks
  • Be part of the First Aid team
  • Support the Reprographics department  
  • Provide administrative support to the timetabling and options process
