The Diverse Academies has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to join our trust and gain fantastic experience within an educational setting.  Over the last two years the Human Resource Management Team has developed and grown to ensure high quality people management practice remains at the heart of the trust – it’s a great time to join us on our journey.


Job Title:           HR Advisor  

Contract:          37 hours per week, all year round

                            Term time only (0.85% FTE), job share or flexible working will be considered

Grade:                Band A - actual salary £26,900 - £31,300 dependent on experience 

Closing date:    30th of June 2019 


You will provide a professional, high quality and timely service, providing support to key stakeholders within an assigned area of the trust and: 


  • Take responsibility for an individual HR case load and operate as the first point of contact 
  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders by pro-actively coaching senior managers through all HR case issues
  • Improve the quality of people management and employee engagement
  • Manage recruitment needs including the provision of advice and guidance to senior leaders
